The abstracts submission will open on January 30th, 2026, and close on May 30th, 2026.
The abstracts submission template contains the following mandatory headings: ‘Introduction‘, ‘Methods‘, ‘Results‘, and ‘Conclusion‘.
The abstract cannot exceed a total of 300 words, including headings. Full name, academic title, affiliation, and country of practice are required for all listed authors.
This is a submission for oral presentation only; there will be no poster session at the #ISRM26.
The abstract submission is relative to research studies that are unpublished and not accepted for publication at the moment of the abstract submission.
Each person can submit a maximum of 3 abstracts.
All participants with an abstract chosen for an oral or a poster presentation must register for the Congress by June 21th, 2026, to confirm their presence and presentation; otherwise, the abstracts will be removed.
A discounted Congress registration fee is reserved for the presenters of abstracts accepted for oral presentation (select the ‘PARTNER’ fee).
Each oral presentation will last 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A.
The oral presentation has to be delivered in English, and the Q&A will be in English.
Presentations should be supported by PowerPoint slides with text in English.
Based on the ratings of the Scientific Committee, the 5 best submitted abstracts will enter the oral presentation competition at the #ISRM26. The best presentation will be awarded before the end of the Congress.
